First was call - very professional, polite, helpful and informative person. Second was timeliness - if someone said would call back then did when they said they would. Third was pick up - knew of a tight schedule so they came on the dot and didnt waste a minute or a step. Liked them for all of the above and that they would distribute items rather than take to landfill. Not cheap but not horribly expensive either.
